I received a damaged piece of artwork. What do I do?
Grand Image requires notice of any freight damage or discrepancy with product within 5 business days of receipt. Grand Image policy warranties against manufacturer defects only. Manufacturer defects do not include damage due to climate, mishandling in storage, and/or improper installation. If there is evidence of loss or damage, clear notes should be made on all copies of the Bill of Lading/delivery receipt upon delivery. Please contact your Grand Image Account Manager with details of the damages, copy of the Bill of Lading/delivery receipt, photos of the damaged crate/packaging, and photos of the damaged items to initiate a replacement order. For concealed damage that is discovered outside of the 5 business day window, please contact your Account Manager.
